I saw this video at work yesterday, and it made me think about all the ways I can be positive, especially through difficult times. The five suggestions here: identifying 3 things daily you're grateful for, journaling, exercise, meditation, and random acts of kindness. I try to do the last four... so my blog will host the first: 3 gratitudes daily!
