What a fun evening! Last night Grandma, Julie, Kai and I headed out for the season opener of the Oregon Symphony -- a free, outdoor concert at Waterfront Park. It was a perfect evening for a show, and Kai didn't freak out too much from the music at all. A bottle of wine, some "picnic-y" snacks, and tears to Grandma's eyes when the music started all came together for an enjoyable time!

And more fun ahead tonight... I'm taking Coyla to the Katy Perry concert at the Oregon State Fair in Salem. I don't know who's more excited... her or me. Should be good times! Yay for 3 day weekends! :)
